I have recently completed my cert 4 in Education support.It was my first time studying since I left school. I was nervous and unsure if I would get the needed support from an online course. I am very pleased to say that the course, resources and online portal were amazingly helpful and user friendly (I am not tech savvy).ACTAC trainers were available for phone chat and provided support anytime I needed. My calls were returned very promptly. I cannot recommend ACTAC enough.I feel this course prepared me to a very high standard to work effectively as an education assistant. 💯recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality training.
